As part of this commitment, we have discontinued the use of the Bafang G060 Motor in all our bike models and rear wheel assemblies. The G060 motor is no longer being manufactured, and we have transitioned to the Bafang G062 Motor, an upgraded and more efficient motor designed for improved compatibility, performance, and durability.

The Bafang G062 Motor offers several advantages over its predecessor, the G060 Motor:

   • One of the key differences between the G060 and G062 Motors is the location of the pig tail cable (the wire that connects the motor to the motor cable).
   • In the G060 Motor, the pig tail cable was located on the right side of the motor, leaving the cable more exposed and vulnerable to damage.
   • The G062 Motor addresses this issue by relocating the pig tail cable to the left side, making it closer to the controller area and securing the motor cable in a safer and more protected position.

   • The G062 Motor offers improved performance while maintaining the same reliable 750W nominal power as the G060. It’s designed for longer-lasting and more efficient use.
