Service & Repair Center

At ZUGO Bike, we’re committed to keeping your ride in top condition. To ensure every customer receives timely and professional care, our Service Center operates under the following policy. Please review carefully before requesting service.

1. Service Eligibility

  • ZUGO Bikes Only: We only service ZUGO Bike models. No repairs, diagnostics, or maintenance are offered for non-ZUGO e-bikes.

2. Component Repair Limitations

For safety and quality assurance, we do not repair the following components:

  • Batteries

  • Controllers

  • Displays

  • Motors

These parts can only be diagnosed and fully replaced. Internal repairs are not available.

3. Appointment Required

  • All service requires a scheduled appointment with a confirmed date and time.

  • Walk-ins and unscheduled drop-offs will not be accepted.

  • Bikes left without an appointment will not be serviced, and ZUGO Bike is not responsible for loss or damage to those units.

4. Austin, Texas Service Center Address

  • Our Service Center location will only be shared after the appointment is confirmed.

  • Once confirmed, the customer will receive the address and detailed drop-off instructions via email.

5. Diagnostic & Repair Process

  • A $60 diagnostic fee is charged for every bike brought in for service.

  • If the customer approves the recommended repairs, the diagnostic fee is waived, and they’ll only pay for parts and service.

  • If the customer declines the repair, the $60 diagnostic fee is still due at pickup.

6. Pickup & Storage Policy

  • Once the repair is complete, customers will be notified via email.

  • The customers will have 7 calendar days to pick up the bike.

  • After that period, a $25 per day storage fee will apply with no exceptions.

7. How to Schedule Service

  • To schedule an appointment: Email us at info@zugo.bike with:

  • Your preferred drop-off date and time

  • A detailed description of the issue or any parts you want replaced

A team member will follow up to confirm your appointment and next steps.

By scheduling service, you agree to the terms above. These policies help us protect your bike, our team’s time, and ensure quality service for every ZUGO rider.
