Shipping Policy

We want to get your order to you as fast as possible. Because our product lineup ranges from full e-bikes to small replacement parts, shipping timelines and carriers vary by item. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 4–5 business days of purchase. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take up to 7 business days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times depend on what you ordered and where you're located. Here's a general guide for orders within the United States:

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping on All E-Bikes

All electric bikes ship free within the United States.

For spare parts, accessories, and other items, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Carriers We Use

  • FedEx — E-bikes and batteries (oversized and hazmat-regulated shipments)
  • UPS — Spare parts and accessories
  • USPS — Smaller parts and lightweight items

The carrier for your order will be shown in your shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number.

International Shipping

We do ship internationally. International orders require additional coordination for customs, duties, and carrier selection.

To place an international order, email us at info@zugo.bike and we'll provide a shipping quote and timeline specific to your location.

Please note: Any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything we can to ship on time, some situations may cause delays:

  • High-demand periods — Holidays, sales events, and new product launches may extend processing times
  • Backordered items — Some products have longer lead times due to supply availability. If your item is backordered, we'll notify you with an updated estimate
  • Weather & carrier delays — Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. Check your tracking number for real-time updates
  • Address issues — Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in returned shipments. Double-check your shipping address at checkout

If your estimated shipping date passes by more than 30 days without delivery, you may be eligible to cancel your order. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Shipping Insurance

Every ZUGO order is covered with complimentary shipping protection for orders up to $200. If your order value exceeds $200, we offer additional shipping insurance at checkout to fully protect your purchase against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection for e-bike, battery orders and orders including motors. If a claim needs to be filed for loss or damage, having insurance in place makes the resolution process significantly faster.
