One Dollar One Tree ZuGo Bike Sweepstakes Rules
We at ZuGo Bike are committed to doing our part to help global reforestation. We want to protect the environment by making it simple to plant a tree while also giving you the chance to win a new ZuGo Bike! We will plant a tree for every $1 donated, and you will be entered into our contest for a chance to win a new ZuGo Rhino.

1. Eligibility: The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees of ZuGo Bike (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you met the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions or ZuGo Bike as final and binding as it relates to the content. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The ZuGo Bike E-Bike Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on October 24, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on April 24, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The computer of ZuGo Bike LLC (“Sponsor”) is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, their respective printers, website developers, vendors, suppliers, affiliates, advertising agencies and anyone else affiliated with the Sweepstakes or the execution of the Prize Drawing (collectively the “Releases”) and members of their immediate family (children, parents, siblings, grandparent and spouse) and individuals living in their household whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER:
Online Donation: Eligible individuals who make an online donation on Sponsor’s website at https://zugobike.com/products/tree-donation will receive one (1) automatic Sweepstakes entry for every $1.00 donated which means one (1) tree will be planted by Sponsor. No limit on number of entries received with a donation on https://zugobike.com/products/tree-donation. Your donation must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. CT on April 24, 2023 in order to be eligible to receive Sweepstakes entries. If a donation is not accepted prior to the drawing, entries associated with that donation will be voided. All donations are subject to Sponsor’s policy.
Odds: The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.
DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about May 1, 2023, among all eligible entries received, Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible donation received.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive the following: A ZuGo Rhino Bike® Electric Motorbike that comes with a headlight and 15Ah Battery. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $2,099. PLEASE NOTE: Prize may not meet safety testing required in some states or counties. Winner is responsible to check their state of residence and must use motorbike in accordance with federal/state/county regulations.
PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize winner is responsible for any registration fees and any other expenses not listed herein, including but not limited to costs incurred by winner related to acceptance, transport and use of prize and must provide any additional information that is required by the laws of the winner’s state prior to delivery. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winner is responsible for the payment of all applicable sales and income taxes/duties on their prize. Grand Prize winner will receive a 1099 Tax Form for the value of the prize as stated herein to file with the IRS for the tax year in which the prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, and terms and conditions stated in the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
GENERAL RULES: Potential winner will be notified by email, followed by a phone call, on or about May 1, 2023. If a potential Prize Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence (residents of Alabama and Nebraska must be 19 years of age or older; residents of Mississippi must be 21 years of age or older; to be age of majority) at the time of entry, his or her respective parent or guardian may be required to execute the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release document in order to accept the prize on behalf of the winner. If the parent or guardian is unavailable to execute this document, the winner will not receive the prize and will not be entitled to receive any compensation. Potential winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity and Liability Release, (where legal) and a W9 Tax Form within four (4) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner determined at random from among all remaining eligible entries. If the potential winner does not return the required documents within the stated time frame, the corresponding potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Should the potential winner decide to decline the prize for any reason whatsoever, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that potential winner, and an alternate potential Winner will be selected, if time permits. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner's name, photograph, video, likeness/image, voice and/or comments for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to hold Releases harmless against any and all claims and liability from any accident, loss or injury occurring from this Sweepstakes or in any way related to the prize or use/misuse thereof, or while traveling to and/or from a location to obtain or use a prize. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Sweepstakes is offered only in the 48 contiguous United States (excluding the States of Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia and is governed by the laws of the State of California. By entering, entrants irrevocably consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California located in Orange County for any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes.
