How does it work?
It's really simple.

How do I become eligible?
First, you must own a new bike from Austin Energy's approved dealership list. ZuGo Bike is eligible!
From there:
- You must receive electricity from Austin Energy.
- You can apply for up to 3 rebates per year!
- Austin Energy will perform a one-time verification to confirm the authenticity of the purchase.
How do I apply?
Fill out this application within 60 days of making your ZuGo Bike purchase. Approved applicants will receive their rebate check in the mail 6-8 weeks from their application approval date.
