ZuGo Tour Terms and Conditions

To get a full refund or re-book the tour for another date for no additional fees, you must send an email to tours@zugo.bike at least 48 hours before the published start time of the tour. Your email must clearly state that you wish to cancel or reschedule, and it must indicate which booking you are referring to.

If the booking is canceled less than 48 hours before the published start time, no refund shall be issued and you are no longer allowed to reschedule, unless you have availed of our Flexible Rebooking add-on.

Full refunds only cover the full amount of the purchase price of the tour and does not include any processing or admin fees that may be charged by your credit card company or our online payment gateway service providers used for your booking.

You may avail of our Flexible Rebooking option for added flexibility on your booking. With the Flexible Rebooking add-on, you will still get a full refund if you cancel your booking within 48 hours, and up to 2 hours from your tour’s published start time. Flexible Rebooking may only be used once to cancel or reschedule a booking within the 48-hour period.

The Flexible Rebooking add-on must be purchased together with the booking and may not be added to the booking purchase retroactively.

We reserve the right to cancel tours anytime at our sole discretion for any reason. We may cancel the tour due to unsafe weather and/or road conditions, road and trail closures, force majeure, and other similar situations.

We reserve the right to cancel tours anytime at our sole discretion if a tour does not reach a minimum number of participants, the number of which shall be determined by us at our sole discretion.

In the event that we canceled a tour for any reason, we shall provide you a full refund or, alternatively, an option to reschedule your tour to another date.

We reserve the right to refuse any participant from joining the tour if:

  1. The participant fails to arrive at the assembly point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the tour, and is unable to join the bike safety briefing and riding test to be conducted by the tour coordinator;
  2. The tour coordinator, at his sole discretion, judges the participant unfit to ride after the participant fails to operate the bike safely during the riding test conducted before the start of the tour;
  3. The participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
  4. The participant refuses to sign the waiver before the tour.

The age requirement for each tour is indicated in our website. Most of our tours are designed for ages 16 and above.

Minors at least 16 years of age are allowed to ride on certain tours, provided that the minor is accompanied and has express written consent from a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian signs the waiver on behalf of the minor, and the minor is tall enough to ride the bike safely - 4’8” for the Rhino Step-Thru and 5’1” for the Rhino (step over) model.
