I have had problems with my bike shutting down when I went over bumps from day 1. Worked with support a lot over 4 weeks to diagnose and replace components. The last piece of the puzzle was the battery. Now all is good. Trying to fix it was frustrating for me and support but they stuck with it and were professional and helpful the entire time. Also, they always communicated what was happening and were great at follow up.

Very nice to have an extra battery, although it is very pricey, I am very pleased!

At long last I was finally able to upgrade my battery. When originally ordering my bike I made the mistake of not getting the 21Ah battery. The bike is awesome and many times I was limited with the smaller battery. Not anymore. The extended range has been very helpful! If you’re debating which way to go, my advice is to go with the bigger battery. The extended range/power can be helpful for heavier riders, terrain with elevation change, and most importantly allow you to stay in pedal assist level 7 for longer.
